Hotel Urogallo rents the room to the client in accordance with the conditions contained in this document and the rate and cancellation policies agreed upon in the reservation.

Cancellation Policies
For cancellations within 2 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the stay will be billed.
Exceptions:
From 04-12 to 7-12, from 23-12 to 25-12, from 05-01 to 08-01 and From 10-04 to 04-17, from 24-06 to 25-06, from 01-07 to 02-07, from 15-07 to 16-07, from 01-08 to 26-08 and from 02-09 to 03-09 for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the stay will be billed.
From 27-02-2021 to 03-03-2022,or cancellations within 5 days prior to arrival, 100% of the stay will be billed.
From 26-12 to 04-01 and from 25-02 to 28-02 , ,from 07-07 to 10-07 for cancellations within 14 days prior to the day of arrival, 100% of the stay will be billed.
From 09-01 to 24-02 , From 01-03 to 19-03, from 03-09 to 04-09 from 09-09 to 10-09 , for cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day, will invoice 100% of the stay.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be billed in all cases

This contract will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The issues that arise as a result of this contract between the Hotel and the client are the competence of the Spanish courts and tribunals to which the two parties submit.
